How do we get started?
Contact us through the web site or call toll free (866) 581-3525 and we'll set up your account. What we'll need from you is your logo (or name and address) and the web site address where you want clients to respond. Once your account is set up, we'll walk you through the program steps (it's easy!) and you're good to go! Email away!

What if we haven't collected email addresses?
Since email is becoming the communication method of choice, it's time to get started - and we'll help! Depending on where you are in the process, and how accessible your data base is, we'll design an email collection strategy just for you. It usually involves a combination of "snail” mail and in-office forms, and we do all the work. We even input the addresses!

What about the confidentiality of my clients and/or patients?
eCardConnect will contractually guarantee that neither your name or your client list will ever be sold, leased, rented, or shared with any other entity.

What is the minimum and maximum number of cards we can send per month?
Minimum - 1. Maximum - Unlimited.

Do you work with my existing management software?
No. eCardConnect is a web based program and can therefore offer infinitely more communication and graphic capabilities.

Do we need a website for eCardConnect to work?
No. All you need is an email address.

How much time do we need to spend on the program?
That totally depends on the response you want to receive. 15 minutes in the morning and before leaving at night is usually the minimum necessary to elicit response. But the more eCards you send - birthday cards, FYIs, new product announcements - the more your revenues will increase.

What if I’m not very computer literate?
Our program is extremely user friendly. In addition, each of our clients is assigned an Account Manager (AM) who will walk you through the program and show you the easy steps to sending eCards.

Can I use eCardConnect with a purchased list to try and attract new business?
We don't recommend it. Blind emails are seldom successful and questionably ethical. eCardConnect is for "permission-based” emails designed to leverage the information in your existing client database. However, used as follow-ups, our referral cards can be very effective in bringing in new clients.

What if I can't find an eCard for a specific situation?
Call us and we'll design just what you need. Chances are if you're looking for that topic there are others who are also. We'll be more than happy to add it to our library.

Do you design custom eCards for individuals and/or companies?
Our library of eCards is so extensive most clients find custom cards to be unnecessary. But give us a call.
